It’s the wedding season, and we have yet another wedding movie releasing on 2nd March this year. The movie is titled “Will You Marry Me?” and stars Rajeev Khandelwal, Shreyas Talpade, Mugdha Godse, Celine Jaitly and Muzammil Ibrahim as the lead actors.

The basic theme of the film is a beach wedding. It has been shot mainly in Fujairah and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and in other locations like Mumbai and Bangkok. Going by the tweets of Mugdha Godse, the cast and crew shot in the UAE from 26th May- 14th June, 2010. Then the shooting shifted base to Mumbai, after which the next location was Bangkok, where shooting lasted for around 10 days, from 24th July- 2nd August, 2010.

The film is about three bachelor friends, who are so much in love with their bachelorhood that they make a deal among themselves that the first among them to get married would lose a huge sum of money in shares, for which all three have made contributions. Things go well till there comes a twist, with one of them deciding to break the deal and make a commitment. The storyline seems interesting, but typical of the many Bollywood flicks that we have seen in the recent past.

The story and screenplay are credited to Hyder Najmi, and the dialogues have been penned down by Jay Master. Remo D’Souza, Shabina Khan and Pony Verma are the choreographers, whereas editing has been done by Irfan Shaikh, of Aashiq Banaya Aapne fame. The Director of Photography is Dwaraganath Rangaraj and the Action Director is Javed Karim. Media consultants for the movie are Vijay Grover and Firoza Kapadia.

The film is very special to Celina Jaitly, one of the lead actors, as it was during the shooting of this movie, when Dubai- based hotelier Peter Hagg proposed to her for marriage. Celina is now happily married to Peter and juggles between Dubai and Mumbai for shoots.

Whether it will be special for the audiences or not, we will have to wait and watch on the 2nd of March!
