Serving: 3 persons
Time: 30 minutes
All You Need:
1 boneless chicken cut into small pieces
500 g. short grain rice
2 cubes al alali Chicken Stock
Salt to taste
½ onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
½ piece yellow, red, green capsicum (each color) (chopped)
1 can al alali Peas & Carrots (drained)
1 bay leaf
2 g. saffron
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* In a pot, heat the Olive Oil. Fry the chicken pieces to golden color.
* Add al alali Chicken Stock, onion, garlic, bay leaf, yellow, red and green pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until capsicum, onion and garlic become soft.
* Add salt, saffron, black and white pepper.
* Add water, al alali Peas and Carrots. Cook for 10 minutes on low fire.
* Serve hot.
