Milky Cake

Serving: 4 persons
Time: 60 minutes
All You Need:
Cake

1 cup melted vegetable shortening
2.5 cups milk powder
8 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. al alali Baking Powder
1 tsp. al alali Vanilla Flavor
8 cubes cheese (any kind)
Round pan 25cm diameter
Cream
¾ cup honey
1 can cream
2 tsps. al alali Vanilla Flavor
Directions
Cake
* Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
* In a pot on medium fire, place vegetable ghee and milk mixing continuously until golden color powder. Set aside.
* Mix eggs, sugar, al alali Vanilla Flavor and al alali Baking Powder with electric mixer. Add the milk and cheese to mixture.
* Grease the pan with butter. Pour the batter.
* Bake on low fire until cooked.
* Leave for 15 minutes. Flip cake in a plate.
Cream
* In a pot on low fire, place honey, cream and al alali Vanilla Flavor, stirring continuously until boiling and homogeneous.
* Pour the cream on the cake.
* Serve.
